|Recommended: YesMy Backyard Is Awesome. — You’ll miss it if you don’t look for it. It’s a nice hidden chill spot. My backyard is Lawson Fork Creek and the River Birch Trail. It’s a beautiful view. The manager that helped me was awesome, she kept me up to date on everything I needed to do and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. Keisha is a pleasure to work with. I know I have neighbors, but I don’t hear them, the walls seem pretty solid. Overall I would recommend checking this spot out. The trail is beautiful.

The process was quick and streamlined and easy ziba communicated with me the entire time, and explained everything to me thoroughly.

|Recommended: NoResident For Four Years — Tried of all the different management companies coming and going no one stays and maintenance doesn’t do regular inspections of the property to make sure everything is working properly
